His most recent appointments embrace the Director post for Public Affairs & Government Relations with the Russian division of Mmd Corporate, Public Affairs & Public Relations, the largest corporate communication and PR consultancy in CEE and CIS countries, and General Counsel positions with Storm International BV, a leading international gaming group in Russia, and Channel One Worldwide Broadcast. Stanislav's management track in developing start-ups and re-structuring ongoing ventures include a number of successful projects across diverse industries. As such, he devised and developed CIS network for an international law firm; set up from the scratch and made it going a business-focused newspaper; re-structured and spearheaded a network of diverse affiliated companies in the CIS, Europe, and North America for a major Russian media holding; formed and led a team of professionals who designed and performed international corporate restructuring and vertical consolidation for a leading group on its way to IPO.
Mr Grafski's educational background embraces Master's in Law from Voronezh State University, Russia (1990) and MBA in CSR from Nottingham University Business School (NUBS), UK (2004). His dissertation paper on CSR Development in Russia appears to be one of the very first in-depth researches in this growing for Russia area. Its key findings had been later reconfirmed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)Report on Social Investments in Russia 2004 which he co-authored.
